Diabetes type 2Diabetes type 2 Stem Cell Treatment

What is type 2 diabetes?

Type 2 diabetes is typically a chronic disease with a ten-year shortened life expectancy.
This is due to a number of associated complications including: two-to-four times the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke, a 20-fold increase in loser limb amputations, and increased hospitalizations.

In the developed world, and increasingly everywhere, type 2 diabetes is the largest cause of non-traumatic blindness and kidney failure. It is associated with an increased risk of cognitive dysfunction and dementia , such as Alzheimer's disease. Other complications include: sexual dysfunction and frequent infections .

Causes of type 2 diabetes are being very overweight with excess body weight around the waist, poor diet and a low activity level. Genetics and family history can be an indication of increased risk. Other diabetes risk factors include old age, high blood pressure, history of gestational diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome, impaired glucose intolerance and ethnicity, as African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans present high diabetes incidences.

With Type 2 Diabetes the body becomes insensitive to and less able to produce insulin , a hormone made in the pancreas and needed to transport glucose from the bloodstream into body tissues.

Instead the sugar volume in the blood builds up, which is called hyperglycemia .
The pancreas may increase insulin production but it does not rectify the problem.
Type 2 diabetes is advancing rapidly across the globe.
Diabetes symptoms are not always present but they can include blurred vision, fatigue, increased appetite, thirst and urination, slow-healing or frequent infections and erectile dysfunction.

In both forms of diabetes, unless treated, blood sugar will rise uncontrollably, and over time can lead to such complications as cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease (diabetic nephropathy), circulatory problems that may require limb amputation, vision loss and blindness (diabetic retinopathy), and nerve damage (diabetic neuropathy).

Stem Cell Treatment For Diabetes type 2 in

Specialist in CSCC found that autologous adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells of patients with T2DM, 30-70 years old with triple oral hypoglycemic agent failure and on insulin will lead to abolition or reduction of insulin requirement by 80% or more in these patients over a 6 month period. We suppose to be the case that mesenchymal stem cells in these patients leads to increased angiogenesis, secretion of various cytokines and upregulation of pancreatic transcription factors and Vascular endotherlial growth factors and creates a micro-environment which supports beta cell/resident stem cell activation and survival. In all cases, using one's own stem cells can help the pancreas regenerate and give it more ability to produce insulin.

Diabetes type 2 treatment continues to be successful in the short term . With patients experiencing health benefits even six months after diabetes treatment using stem cells.

Repeat applications of adipose (fat derived) stem cells proved to be the most effective treatment for diabetes type 2, offering an open window to make dietary changes, supplementation and exercise much more effective for long-term control of blood sugar.

Advantages of Stem Cell therapy in

1. free of side effects and rejection (use the patient's very own stem cells from their abdomen)
2. allow to avoid any allergic and immune reactions (own cells suit chromosomal and genetic structure)
3. does not require general anesthesia
4. no risk of contamination by transmissible diseases
5. no oncological complication as adult stem cells in the comparison with embryonic cells are rather mature 6. small quantity of the fat tissues is needed (that is why after activation process the stem cells can be at once injected to patient without necessity of growing them on substances. Embryonic stem cells are grown during several months)
7. the period of time between getting lipoaspirate and injection of the activated stem cells is only a few hours
8. adipose tissue stem cells are easily accessible and yielding up to ten times more stem cells than patient’s bone marrow.

In CLERO STEM CELL CENTER we deliver treatment with proven results associated by the assistance of highly qualified professionals who realize the importance of personalized care, quality and confidence and that lead to top standards of treatment.

CLERO STEM CELL CENTER is an excellent center that offers patients the most innovative therapies.
In principle in our medical centers we use the unique technology of application of autologous photo activated stem cells prior extracted from fat cells using mini liposuction. The highest standards of treatment and investigative research are upheld at all times.
